The role will improve planning infrastructure across NetSuite, Salesforce, Pigment, and Bob, apply AI to finance workflows, and lead and develop the FP&A team across a multi-entity, multi-currency SaaS business.

Leads commercial growth execution as the CCO’s operating partner, translating strategy into measurable GTM programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations. Owns growth orchestration, execution frameworks, KPI dashboards, performance reporting, enablement, accountability systems, and recurring commercial operating rhythms. Aligns cross-functional leadership, removes execution barriers, improves forecast confidence, and drives scalable growth initiatives across a life sciences SaaS organization.

Build and evolve CluePoints’ enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Responsibilities include migrating Azure SQL and ADF workloads, integrating SaaS and web data, developing scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines, maintaining Kimball dimensional models, and establishing CI/CD, data quality, lineage, security, and monitoring. The role partners with analytics leadership and supports trusted Power BI reporting across multiple business functions.

Organize and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive content. Design onboarding and ramp programs, deliver ongoing sales coaching, identify training gaps, and coordinate content development with instructional designers. Manage enablement content and adoption within Docebo, using usage data to improve effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product in a B2B SaaS environment.

Own and develop the company’s Power BI reporting environment, including semantic models, dashboards, advanced DAX, Power Query transformations, governance, deployment, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Data Engineering and business stakeholders to define KPIs, validate data, improve reporting quality, and deliver scalable BI solutions. Support data architecture, data quality, ad hoc analysis, and continuous improvement across enterprise reporting assets.

Owns group consolidated financial reporting across Belgium, the UK, Poland, and the US. Prepares IFRS-compliant consolidated accounts and disclosure notes, reviews balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, coordinates intercompany eliminations and foreign exchange translation, supports group and statutory audits, and improves close and reporting processes using NetSuite, consolidation software, and AI-enabled tools.
