Lead and enhance CLS's Business Continuity Management program: maintain pandemic and continuity plans, deliver scenario testing and training, manage third-party resilience, perform risk and country assessments, support crisis management, and ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met.

Lead design and delivery of an enterprise continuity program to improve CLS operational resilience. Identify critical services and impact tolerances, map scenarios and vulnerabilities, deliver tooling and dashboards, run resilience testing and training, engage regulators and executives, and drive remediation and enterprise-wide continuity planning across technology, third party, facilities and people risks.

Build and operate an AWS-based security analytics platform, including a security data lake, telemetry pipelines, metrics frameworks, executive dashboards, regulatory reporting, and continuous control assurance. Integrate cybersecurity and risk datasets, develop KPI and KRI reporting, implement Terraform and CI/CD automation, and provide trusted insights into cyber risk, control effectiveness, vulnerabilities, and remediation performance for technology leaders, regulators, auditors, and the Board.

Manages and expands relationships with CLS clients across EMEA, increasing adoption of settlement, processing, and data products. Develops client engagement and targeting strategies, identifies upselling opportunities, maintains pipelines and CRM records, resolves issues, supports regional and global KPIs, and represents CLS at industry events. Requires client management or sales experience, preferably in financial markets, FX knowledge, and ideally fluency in an additional European language.

Leads CLS’s global Cybersecurity Operations function, setting strategy for threat detection, incident response, digital forensics, DLP, UEBA, Purple Teaming, and detective controls. Oversees security engineering, vendors, third-party integrations, governance, executive reporting, talent development, and regulatory alignment. The role requires extensive cybersecurity leadership experience in highly regulated environments, strong technical expertise across SIEM, SOAR, cloud and endpoint security, and the ability to direct complex cyber incident response programs.

Leads CLS’s Cyber Hygiene and Data pillar, establishing enterprise strategies and teams for data protection, application security, vulnerability management, cryptography, data governance, and secure software development. Oversees regulatory and audit readiness, risk remediation, vendors, governance reporting, budgets, and talent development while partnering directly with the CISO in a highly regulated financial-services environment.

Support senior Technology executives through calendar and diary management, meeting preparation, frequent domestic and international travel coordination, expense processing, phone coverage, records management, and confidential correspondence. Provide backup support to other executive assistants, manage competing priorities, coordinate across time zones, and maintain high standards of organization, communication, discretion, and service in a fast-paced environment.

Senior executive responsible for defining and delivering the multi-year digital workspace strategy and operational support for end-user computing. Owns platform/product delivery (Windows, mobile, collaboration, email, telephony), vendor and contract management, service resilience and DR, lifecycle/asset management, KPIs/SLAs, and leads a global team to drive adoption, productivity and continual improvement.

Lead liquidity and market risk analysis, stress testing, and model ownership for CLS. Assess onboarding impacts, respond to market events, automate LMR processes, implement benchmarking models, and produce risk reporting for stakeholders and regulators.
