Lead design and delivery of an enterprise continuity program to improve CLS operational resilience. Identify critical services and impact tolerances, map scenarios and vulnerabilities, deliver tooling and dashboards, run resilience testing and training, engage regulators and executives, and drive remediation and enterprise-wide continuity planning across technology, third party, facilities and people risks.

Senior technical member of the End User Computing team providing escalated Windows 11 and collaboration support, leading endpoint engineering with Intune/Autopilot, mentoring engineers, improving processes and documentation, and supporting Technology Bar launch, device lifecycle, hardware warranty tooling and complex incident resolution.

Lead and produce strategic, operational, and tactical cyber threat intelligence for the financial environment.
