Own the discovery, definition, delivery, adoption, and iteration of AI-powered products that improve business processes. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, identifying AI opportunities, creating roadmaps and specifications, partnering with engineering and applied AI/ML teams, defining evaluation criteria, designing human-in-the-loop adoption workflows, measuring outcomes, and communicating with frontline and executive stakeholders.

Build and operate event-driven, API-led policy-as-code services connecting GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Azure DevOps with policy evaluation, evidence storage, and compliance systems. Develop webhook receivers, REST APIs, authentication flows, audit trails, and reliable allow/deny deployment decisions. Apply Clean Architecture, TDD, automated testing, security, risk, and compliance by design while operating maintainable Azure-based services.

Build and optimize Snowflake data pipelines, models, and integrations using Python. Process telemetry, logs, and event data while supporting governance, access control, retention, evidence-grade data products, and reporting. The role operates within an engineering consultancy focused on cloud platforms, quality engineering, developer experience, AI, security, and scalable systems.

Design, evaluate and deliver cloud security controls across enterprise cloud platforms. Review cloud services, perform threat modeling and security testing, implement IaC and policy-as-code controls, collaborate with infrastructure teams, and act as cloud security subject-matter expert.

Design, build, and operate enterprise DevOps platform capabilities in partnership with developers and control functions. Provide third-line support for CI/CD platforms and build agents, enforce security/audit requirements, drive automation and reliability, and implement AI-assisted DevOps solutions that are transparent, secure, and auditable.

Own and evolve the shared Azure platform to enable teams to build, deploy and scale solutions. Design infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, identity, networking, security baselines, observability, and operational tooling while partnering with tech leads to support multiple delivery teams.

Lead hands-on AWS application development and platform adoption: design guardrails, tooling, and developer practices; coach teams, run proofs-of-concept, and drive enterprise migration and uptake across engineering, platform, and security stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate internal developer platforms and production-ready infrastructure. Manage Kubernetes clusters, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi/CDK), CI/CD pipelines, secrets management (Vault), and SRE/security practices. Support AI/ML platform needs (GPU scheduling, model serving, MLOps, vector DBs) and lead client-facing technical discovery, documentation, and coaching.

Design and implement controls, guardrails, and telemetry to enable safe AI-assisted development. Research and prototype agentic tooling patterns, build observability and policy enforcement across local and CI/CD environments, and collaborate with platform, security, and engineering teams to roll out governance and developer adoption.
