Provide regional tenancy enforcement and investigations focusing on anti-social behaviour, tenancy and RTB fraud. Work with neighbourhood officers, police and local authorities to gather evidence, support surveillance and interviews, decide enforcement action, and manage victim support. Attend court hearings and partner meetings as required.

Lead acquisition and possession strategies for regeneration schemes, managing homeowner and leaseholder acquisitions, legal/conveyancing and compulsory purchase support, and working with internal and external partners to secure vacant possession and enable delivery of new homes.

Support the Head of Legal Services and Legal Services Team with administration and legal work focused on litigation, contracts and property matters. Manage a varied workload with minimal supervision, attend regional meetings/roadshows, and work in a hybrid London-based arrangement. Role requires eligibility to work in the UK and successful Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
