The role oversees global, SLA-driven processes and partners with IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver measurable improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Leads Citco’s European and Middle Eastern business development and sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, profitability, market penetration, reporting, and risk management. Oversees new business generation, RFPs, proposals, feeder networks, branding, industry events, and collaboration with senior management, marketing, communications, managing directors, and subject-matter experts. Requires extensive alternative funds industry experience, senior leadership, negotiation, presentation, people development, and sustained revenue growth expertise.

Oversee UK corporate secretarial operations delivered through international shared-service teams. Ensure service quality, SLAs, controls, governance, Companies House filings, regulatory compliance, and client deliverables. Coordinate with legal, compliance, relationship management, and operational stakeholders; resolve escalations, support local entity governance and remediation projects, guide overseas teams, and contribute to process improvements. The role may also involve acting as an officer of client entities and attending board meetings.

Monitors depositary policies, client cash accounts, investment and borrowing restrictions, and independently reviews net asset valuations. Supports inspections, KPI reporting, breach resolution, escalation, stakeholder queries, process improvements, and ad-hoc projects while ensuring oversight obligations and operational controls are maintained.

Provides executive-level leadership for a portfolio of private equity clients, owning C-suite relationships, service strategy, profitability, risk, and client experience. Oversees service reviews, issue resolution, cross-functional delivery, onboarding, change programs, and client risk assessments. Drives commercial growth through cross-selling, sales support, budgeting, margin analysis, and collections. Leads client service professionals and collaborates across accounting, operations, tax, investor relations, integration, and sales teams.

Manage strategic relationships with global priority clients in Citco’s fund administration business. Responsibilities include developing client plans, cultivating C-suite relationships, identifying new business, leading strategic reviews and deal teams, coordinating across regions and business lines, responding to RFPs, communicating initiatives, maintaining CRM data, distributing content, and serving as a senior escalation point. Requires deep alternatives experience, financial markets knowledge, presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholders.

Leads depositary and custody operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, client-asset safeguarding, operational risk management, and service quality. Oversees NAV reviews, cash monitoring, investment compliance, outsourcing providers, audits, reporting, and regulatory inspections. Manages senior operational teams, supports business development, resolves client issues, drives projects and automation, and promotes staff development and risk awareness. Requires extensive fund-industry experience, particularly with hedge funds, private equity, and real estate funds, plus expert knowledge of UK AIFMD, FCA rules, and CASS regulations.

Leads Citco’s London corporate and fiduciary services business, overseeing client relationships, business growth, financial performance, team leadership, governance, compliance, risk management, and statutory reporting. The role manages senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary professionals while ensuring high-quality corporate administration, fiduciary, directorship, and governance services. It also develops business plans, supports commercial opportunities, maintains regulatory controls, and advises senior leadership on market and regulatory developments.

Manages depositary and custody services, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational controls, risk mitigation, and timely resolution of issues. Oversees teams conducting NAV reviews, cash-flow monitoring, asset safekeeping, and investment compliance reviews. Coordinates audits, SOC testing, inspections, due diligence, KPI/KRI reporting, client communications, and regulatory monitoring. Supports team development and business improvement projects while maintaining high-quality client service.
