Conducts outbound and inbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn; qualifies prospective customers; understands PR and marketing needs; communicates the value of Cision’s software; books qualified product demonstrations; collaborates with Business Development Managers; and improves outreach messaging and performance through team learning.

Manage a pooled portfolio of customers to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction using digital platforms. Conduct scalable onboarding, triage support via Intercom/Success Hub, provide lifecycle guidance, usage insights, automated business reviews, and collaborate with Support, Sales, and Account Management. Help improve and scale CS processes and document transitions in Salesforce.

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by building trusted advisor relationships, driving product adoption, executing success plans, overseeing renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with support and product teams, and facilitating customer best-practice communities to maximize value and retention.

Monitor French-language media, analyse large volumes of information, and produce concise multimedia briefings and client insights. Maintain quality of monitoring services, respond to client queries, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery.
