Monitor French-language media, analyse large volumes of information, and produce concise multimedia briefings and client insights. Maintain quality of monitoring services, respond to client queries, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery.

Support and execute audience development strategies to grow, engage, and retain digital audiences. Analyze engagement and performance data, optimize targeting and distribution, coordinate content promotion, report insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to adapt global programs for local markets.
