Leads technical solutioning for Payments and Enterprise opportunities across EMEA, from discovery and architecture through implementation and post-sale expansion. Designs scalable solutions involving APIs, transaction flows, custody, and settlement; develops proofs of concept and validation frameworks; partners with sales, product, engineering, and client success teams; and provides market feedback to influence product strategy. Represents Circle at client engagements and industry events while supporting knowledge sharing and global solutions engineering initiatives.

Own 10–15 strategic enterprise partnerships across EMEA from contract signature through implementation, launch, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Build joint execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove operational and policy blockers, train partner teams, identify monetization opportunities, and ensure measurable time-to-value. Establish the post-signature partner management lifecycle, reporting, portfolio prioritization, health assessments, and scalable operating model. This individual contributor role requires executive credibility, commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and approximately 30% travel.

Owns end-to-end accounting for revenue, partnerships, customer incentives, and complex arrangements. Responsibilities include month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP analysis, accounting memos, internal controls, audit readiness, credit loss provisions, and cross-functional process design. The role also identifies AI and automation opportunities using tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve efficiency, quality, and governance.
