Lead business development across Northern and Eastern European NATO frontline states. Identify and qualify opportunities, build partnerships, engage NATO/multinational procurement, lead capture and proposals, translate customer needs into product priorities, and travel frequently to customers and company offices.

Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, cloud, and networks. Administer SOC tools (EDR, SIEM, Azure Sentinel), tune detections, support incident containment and remediation, assist threat hunting, maintain compliance documentation, and collaborate with IT and engineering to improve security posture.

Coordinate UK and EMEA People operations, recruitment scheduling and onsite logistics, and employee experience initiatives. Support onboarding/offboarding, benefits/payroll coordination, HR administration, interview and candidate logistics, events, and office workplace operations to deliver a seamless employee and candidate experience.

Build and operate backend services, data pipelines, and operator-facing web apps that ingest, process, and present real-time radar sensor data. Design secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure and instrumentation, influence platform architecture, and collaborate with hardware, systems, and field teams to deliver resilient, low-latency distributed systems.

Integrate and maintain CHAOS hardware, sensors, and software in customer environments; debug complex hardware/software/network issues; build diagnostics and automation; document configurations and troubleshooting; capture operational feedback and support deployments and mission operations (travel up to 50%).

Provide hands-on, onsite IT support at the London HQ, troubleshooting Windows/macOS/Linux, managing Intune and Jamf MDM, administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH, supporting video conferencing and meeting AV, provisioning accounts and devices, documenting solutions, and contributing to IT infrastructure and deployment initiatives.

Deploy, test, and troubleshoot CHAOS software in customer environments; translate customer workflows into product requirements; design and build new software; integrate sensor data; develop and apply ML/AI solutions; collaborate with engineering teams and travel to customer sites and company offices as needed.

Lead business development across the Middle East: identify and qualify opportunities, build capture plans, engage customers and partners, support proposals and product prioritization, and expand CHAOS' regional pipeline. Travel frequently across the Gulf, coordinate with government affairs for export compliance, and translate customer needs into engineering priorities.
