Integrate and maintain CHAOS hardware, sensors, and software in customer environments; debug complex hardware/software/network issues; build diagnostics and automation; document configurations and troubleshooting; capture operational feedback and support deployments and mission operations (travel up to 50%).

Lead business development across Europe by identifying and qualifying opportunities with MoDs, primes, and integrators. Build pipeline, drive capture strategy, engage stakeholders, influence product roadmap, lead proposals, and represent CHAOS at conferences, exercises, and customer meetings. Heavy travel across Europe and periodic trips to US offices.

Provide hands-on, onsite IT support at the London HQ, troubleshooting Windows/macOS/Linux, managing Intune and Jamf MDM, administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH, supporting video conferencing and meeting AV, provisioning accounts and devices, documenting solutions, and contributing to IT infrastructure and deployment initiatives.

Deploy, test, and troubleshoot CHAOS software in customer environments; translate customer workflows into product requirements; design and build new software; integrate sensor data; develop and apply ML/AI solutions; collaborate with engineering teams and travel to customer sites and company offices as needed.

Lead business development across the Middle East: identify and qualify opportunities, build capture plans, engage customers and partners, support proposals and product prioritization, and expand CHAOS' regional pipeline. Travel frequently across the Gulf, coordinate with government affairs for export compliance, and translate customer needs into engineering priorities.
