CertifID is my first start-up, and I genuinely feel like I am building a career in SaaS. I started in Customer Success but soon realized I had the sales itch. I bought it up with my manager, and she was super supportive. Now I am on the sales team because of the growth opportunity, or Katie was sick of my ceaseless sarcasm during meetings!

We jam on Figma monthly, share thoughts on our #wearecustomerstoo slack channel & host quarterly events to enable the free-flowing exchange of ideas

CertifID is creating a new solution category, by developing software and services to tackle a massive problem for our industry. So we’re constantly developing new programs to educate customers on how to get protected. It’s definitely an ongoing project, to drive adoption of new tech that can help to create a world without wire fraud.
