Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Lead requirements workshops, create project plans, manage scope, risks, budgets, dependencies, and change control, and coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders. Serve as the primary client contact, communicate with executive audiences, resolve blockers, and ensure successful handoffs. The role requires technical fluency in architecture, integrations, and data flows, along with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills.

Lead end-to-end Certa implementation design and delivery, translating third-party risk, procurement, and vendor-management requirements into scalable platform configurations. Configure workflows, integrations, risk models, and reporting; lead discovery workshops; manage client expectations; create solution documentation; and mentor implementation consultants. The role requires extensive TPRM or procurement domain expertise, enterprise SaaS implementation experience, technical integration knowledge, and strong client-facing consulting skills.
