Coordinate and deliver integrated communications campaigns, manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, develop and adapt communications products, monitor campaign performance, maintain project timelines and confidentiality, and produce reporting and insight briefings for senior leadership.

Provide strategic, data-driven TikTok guidance: monitor algorithm and feature changes, advise on content/editorial approaches, analyse channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and give actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Conduct OSINT investigations into malign influence across social media and media outlets. Collect, verify, and analyse data; design research methodologies; record and code data in databases; produce reports on events, entities, networks, and infrastructure; support due-diligence and financial investigations; and contribute to improving project effectiveness and reporting.

Manage delivery of open-source research projects: lead project teams, oversee budgets, timelines and quality, coordinate investigators and remote sensing experts, measure impact, manage risk, and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
