Develop and prototype domain-specific AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers. Lead technical discovery, proof-of-value projects, and secure scalable LLM or agent systems using RAG, tools, and guardrails. Integrate solutions with enterprise data and compliance frameworks, present business impact to executives, support presales and value realization, and contribute reusable AI methodologies. The role requires software and data engineering, production ML/LLMOps, AI architecture, business process expertise, and strong executive communication.

Participate in Celonis’s two-year Lunar Sales development program, progressing toward enterprise Account Executive responsibilities. Generate pipeline, conduct outreach, build executive relationships, qualify opportunities, present AI and process intelligence solutions, and drive revenue within assigned accounts. Collaborate with value engineers, consultants, marketing, business development representatives, partner managers, and consulting partners. Understand client processes, identify inefficiencies, position Celonis solutions, and manage prospects through the sales cycle.

Lead enterprise Celonis implementations by conducting discovery workshops, defining solution designs, configuring data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, automations, and operational solutions. Direct and validate AI-generated outputs, identify process inefficiencies, quantify business value, present to senior stakeholders, train users, manage delivery outcomes, and support adoption and handover. Contribute domain expertise, presales activities, platform standardization, internal enablement, and hiring.
