Lead complex enterprise software implementation programs for strategic Celonis customers. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and customer satisfaction from presales through training and value realization. Partner with sales, value engineering, implementation teams, executives, and external partners. Develop statements of work, mentor consulting teams, manage co-delivery, resolve escalations, and improve delivery methodologies. Fluency in German is required.

Lead strategic customer engagements and large-scale transformation programs across supply chain and manufacturing. Build executive relationships, define value roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional Celonis teams, drive platform adoption and measurable business outcomes, resolve escalations, and develop Centers of Excellence. Lead customer advisory boards, advocacy initiatives, events, and thought leadership while mentoring teams and contributing to value engineering resources and playbooks.

Leads the global strategy, design, adoption, and evolution of Celonis’s sales methodology and go-to-market engagement framework. Assesses adoption gaps, develops training, coaching, playbooks, and measurement frameworks, and aligns CRM, Salesforce, sales technology, reporting, and enablement resources. Partners with sales leadership, IT, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve execution, standardize best practices, and drive measurable business outcomes across global and regional teams.
