Lead creation and delivery of thought leadership across newsletters, podcasts, events, social and web. Work with economists to identify insights, edit flagship outputs, host briefings and podcasts, drive audience engagement, align content with sales/marketing, measure performance, and adopt AI-assisted editorial workflows to improve discovery, production and personalization.

Own and optimise digital acquisition, evaluation and onboarding journeys to improve lead-to-trial and trial-to-conversion rates. Lead CRO and experimentation, website and landing page optimisation, martech integrations (SFDC, GA4, Drupal), funnel analytics, attribution, and reporting. Coordinate with RevOps, Demand Gen, product, sales and external agencies to build scalable digital acquisition and experimentation roadmaps that increase inbound conversion efficiency and qualified pipeline.

Lead end-to-end new-logo acquisition across inbound, digital, events and sales-supported programmes. Own campaign orchestration, evaluation journeys, commercial conversion and KPI frameworks. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product and editorial teams to drive pipeline growth, conversion improvements and marketing-originated ARR.
