As Global Risk Manager, oversee compliance with risk processes, lead commercial teams, develop pricing strategies, and manage project risks to ensure profitability.

Lead UK & EMEA legal and compliance for e-Storage, managing regional legal team, negotiating and drafting complex project contracts (EPC, supply, integrator, O&M), overseeing dispute resolution, and implementing regulatory and compliance frameworks (EU Batteries Regulation, WEEE, supply‑chain due diligence, AML/KYC). Advise senior management, manage external counsel, and support governance and risk mitigation across projects.

Provide technical sales and first‑level support for residential PV+storage products, assist sales and product teams, perform PV system design with PVSyst, develop sales tools and training, support product launches, and advise on installations, certifications and customer requirements.

Support engineering and delivery of solar PV, inverter, and energy storage projects. Coordinate technical teams, assist with design review, installation and commissioning support, ensure compliance with standards, and help meet project schedules and budgets.

The Senior Performance Engineer will troubleshoot performance issues, validate software updates, support performance testing, and improve monitoring processes for battery energy storage systems.
