Manage AI moderation quality program: audit human and machine moderation, run golden-set QA, analyze moderation data, drive feedback loops with Policy/Product/Operations, support calibrations, retraining, SOPs, and regulatory alignment, and assist Quality Manager on CX AI Agent QA.

Embed within billing, pricing, and fraud workflows to identify automation opportunities and build lightweight AI-powered tools (LLM/AI API integrations). Deliver prototypes (ticket triage, anomaly flagging, config validation), provide day-to-day billing support, triage issues, assist fraud monitoring, document automation for auditability, and collaborate with engineering, payments, compliance, and fraud teams.

Manage end-to-end localisation projects for product and marketing, coordinating stakeholders, freelancers, and vendors to deliver multilingual content on time. Oversee timelines, scope, quality, and process improvements, support TMS and automation workflows, maintain localisation documentation, and drive operational excellence across localisation workflows.

Execute and refine AI-powered support workflows: configure intents, routing, handoffs, and fallback flows; review conversation quality; troubleshoot issues; run basic testing; collaborate across Support Operations, Knowledge, and product teams to optimize CX.
