Embed within billing, pricing, and fraud workflows to identify automation opportunities and build lightweight AI-powered tools (LLM/AI API integrations). Deliver prototypes (ticket triage, anomaly flagging, config validation), provide day-to-day billing support, triage issues, assist fraud monitoring, document automation for auditability, and collaborate with engineering, payments, compliance, and fraud teams.

Manage end-to-end localisation projects for product and marketing, coordinating stakeholders, freelancers, and vendors to deliver multilingual content on time. Oversee timelines, scope, quality, and process improvements, support TMS and automation workflows, maintain localisation documentation, and drive operational excellence across localisation workflows.

Design, train, evaluate and deploy production ML models for personalization and recommendations. Own end-to-end ML problems from data exploration and feature engineering to model serving, monitoring, and iteration while applying MLOps best practices and responsible AI principles.

Lead technical strategy and deliver production-grade ML systems for recommendations, ranking, personalization, and AI agents. Build scalable ML pipelines with Spark/Airflow, deploy models with PyTorch/TensorFlow, run A/B tests, mentor senior ICs, partner cross-functionally, and embed responsible AI practices.

Lead FP&A partnership with Marketing to shape growth strategies, run planning rhythms, build ROI and cohort models, deliver variance analysis and scenario planning, synthesize multi-source data, and manage and develop an FP&A team to drive financial outcomes.
