Lead and grow BTS's coaching business by managing and expanding client portfolios, originating new client relationships, designing and delivering bespoke executive coaching (1:1, group, team), partnering on sales opportunities, quality-assuring associate coaches, creating thought leadership, and leading/mentoring internal teams.

Manage end-to-end programme setup and delivery for education and non-profit clients: allocate coaches, schedule and run events, manage stakeholder relationships, use digital tools (including AI) to streamline operations, support business development, marketing, financial forecasting, and reporting, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Support end-to-end RFP response process for complex, multi-country proposals across Europe. Coordinate subject-matter experts, craft compelling storylines, manage proposal platform logistics, ensure visual and compliance standards, maintain proposal libraries, track win/loss data, and contribute to process improvements alongside the Head of CRT.

Lead client partnerships with Global 100/500 firms to design and deliver strategy-linked solutions, manage complex programmes, facilitate workshops and offsites, drive business development, and use digital tools (including AI and analytics) to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
