Leads Braze’s SMB Account Management team across EMEA, managing up to eight Account Managers. The role focuses on coaching, team growth, upsells, renewals, customer relationship retention, and scaling account management processes. The director collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, Integrations, and Sales Operations while navigating SaaS investments and decision-making across diverse SMB and mid-market clients.

Owns enterprise sales across major financial services accounts in EMEA. Responsibilities include complex SaaS solution selling, managing large strategic accounts, identifying decision-makers, developing business value assessments, maintaining pipeline coverage, navigating enterprise buying processes, and collaborating with business development, marketing, deal desk, consulting, customer success, services, systems integrators, technology partners, and agencies. Travel is required.

Serve as a trusted HR partner to EMEA employees and managers in London. Advise on policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, investigations, offboarding, coaching, and career development. Partner with leadership on organizational design, engagement, retention, and culture initiatives, while collaborating with People teams on training, workforce trends, and employee experience programs.
