Braze Offices

Own end-to-end customer implementation engagements, combining technical architecture, SDK/API integrations, project management, stakeholder alignment, risk resolution, and customer enablement. Translate business and technical requirements into implementation plans, coordinate internal and external teams, drive adoption and success metrics, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success. The role requires both customer-facing delivery leadership and hands-on technical solutioning across Braze projects.

Own and deliver enterprise IT systems projects involving identity and access management, SaaS platforms, automation, AI-enabled operations, device trust, self-service IT, and governance. Build integrations and workflows using identity, collaboration, productivity, and service management platforms. Partner with Security and business teams on compliance, audit readiness, platform roadmaps, incident response, troubleshooting, and operational support.

Supports EMEA People Operations and global employee experience initiatives. Responsibilities include implementing engagement and performance programs, managing global mobility and immigration cases, developing regional policies, supporting pay transparency workstreams, assisting talent development, partnering with an Employer of Record, improving shared services, and responding to sensitive employee and manager inquiries. The role collaborates cross-functionally on projects, process improvements, reporting, and operational support.
