Own the architectural blueprint for Brahma Studio, defining system designs, service boundaries, APIs, RFCs, ADRs, and technical standards. Architect scalable, high-throughput data processing systems on GCP, optimize Docker builds, improve observability and resilience, and replace workarounds with maintainable abstractions. Write production Python, review code, mentor engineers, and coordinate architectural alignment across teams.

Design and scale backend services, REST APIs, microservices, data pipelines, database schemas, caching layers, and event-driven systems for AI-powered media workflows. Integrate machine learning models into production, optimize performance and reliability, implement observability, resolve incidents, and collaborate with ML, DevOps, frontend, and product teams.

Research and develop human-centric generative video models for facial expression control, head motion, lip synchronization, and realistic talking-head animation. Responsibilities include fine-tuning video diffusion models, creating large-scale audio/video datasets and training pipelines, exploring expression editing and multi-view consistency, and collaborating with product and creative teams. The role also involves staying current with video generation, speech-driven animation, and 3D-aware neural rendering research.

Identify and evaluate audiovisual generative AI technologies, prototype proof-of-concept implementations, test research developments, and build scalable ComfyUI workflows. The role involves model training and inference, dataset management, pipeline integration, hyperparameter tuning, collaboration with research, product, and creative teams, presenting findings, and training artists. It is remote across EMEA.
