Support the UK Press & Communications team by handling media enquiries, coordinating press assets and events, building media and influencer relationships, preparing press materials, monitoring coverage, and providing administrative support to deliver PR campaigns and secure media coverage.

Own monthly group consolidation for a multi-entity, multi-currency group; lead selection and implementation of a new consolidation platform; produce Group and statutory financial statements under IFRS and local standards; manage external audit coordination; improve month-end processes, reporting standards, intercompany discipline, and apply project management to audits and system cutovers.

Lead the Group's technical accounting: own policy and judgement for complex, auction-specific matters; ensure general ledger integrity and period-end close across multi-entity, multi-currency books; codify retiring colleague's knowledge; standardise reconciliations and close processes; support regional teams, audits, controls, and future leadership of Global Process Owners for transactional functions.

Manage global expense claims and Navan platform administration, ensure policy compliance, report monthly expenses to the CFO, execute payment runs (BACS/CHAPS/foreign transfers), maintain supplier accounts and purchase ledger, perform bank and supplier reconciliations, and support month-end close and ad-hoc financial analysis.
