Own monthly group consolidation for a multi-entity, multi-currency group; lead selection and implementation of a new consolidation platform; produce Group and statutory financial statements under IFRS and local standards; manage external audit coordination; improve month-end processes, reporting standards, intercompany discipline, and apply project management to audits and system cutovers.

Support Asian Art specialists to deliver auctions: manage consignments in A3, handle inventory and physical artworks, coordinate logistics with regional offices and Shipping, resolve after-sale client enquiries, prepare valuations and condition reports, and manage client communications and bidding/event activities.

Lead and build the Group tax function: own tax strategy, transfer pricing, VAT/indirect and corporate tax compliance, manage external advisers, institutionalise retiring controller's knowledge, and provide tax input on transactions and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Lead CRM strategy and execution to drive lifecycle marketing, auction registrations, and consignment leads. Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and data architecture, build personalised email programmes using AMPscript and SQL, manage global email production and deliverability, and deliver reporting and insights via Datorama to inform commercial decisions and customer lifecycle optimisation.

Support the Modern British & Irish Art department with research, cataloguing, authentication, photography oversight, client valuations and viewings, database and client relationship management, marketing support, sale-cycle administration via Auctioneer 3, coordination with Operations/Shipping, and after-sale client service.
