Leads end-to-end operations for Bondsmith’s regulated cash savings platform across the UK and Jersey. Responsibilities include reconciliations, safeguarding, payments, product control, partner onboarding, customer support, Cash ISA administration, incident management, operational resilience, reporting, automation, and team leadership. The role owns regulatory controls, service delivery, capacity planning, supplier oversight, and operational performance across banking and distribution partners.

Own month-end close, management accounts, balance sheet controls, revenue recognition, budgeting, audits, statutory and tax reporting. Support FCA regulatory reporting, safeguarding and treasury operations, including client-money reconciliations. Manage the Senior Bookkeeper’s work, improve financial processes, and provide analysis and reporting to the CFO and board. The role suits a hands-on part-qualified or newly qualified accountant in a regulated fintech environment.
