Lead operations across five or more stores, managing and developing General Managers, owning area P&L, forecasting, labor planning, inventory, KPIs, hiring, succession, store standards, launches, and change initiatives. The role requires regular travel between stores, 50 hours weekly, five days of availability, and availability for two peak weekend days.

Own UK statutory and group reporting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, vendor payments, tax and audit support. The role also develops accounting policies, controls, and process improvements while conducting ad hoc financial analysis and partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
