Supports Blackstone’s global financial crime compliance program across AML, CTF, sanctions, anti-bribery, and anti-tax-evasion risks. Responsibilities include high-risk investor and counterparty reviews, due diligence, screening, escalation management, policy and monitoring framework development, risk assessments, governance reporting, testing, audits, and regulatory requests across EMEA. The role advises business units, challenges stakeholders, and supports senior management on financial crime matters.

Build and implement quantitative risk, portfolio, trading, and data models across equity and fixed-income products. Collaborate with quantitative analysts, portfolio managers, risk teams, and technology partners. Apply Python, database technologies, forecasting, statistical modeling, and diverse data sources while managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.

Owns the roadmap and delivery of enterprise AI platform capabilities, including LLM and MCP gateways, agent runtimes, access controls, audit logging, governance, cost attribution, and cloud AI integrations. Partners with engineering, SRE, security, data, and business technology teams to define scalable architecture, APIs, self-service builder experiences, and prioritized product requirements. Leads products from problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration while evaluating enterprise AI market trends and build-versus-buy decisions.

The role involves managing compliance with EMEA regulations, leading policy development, advising on regulatory matters, and coordinating regulatory submissions.

The Associate will manage fund accounting and administration, monitor liquidity, perform financial analysis, and coordinate reporting and audits.
