The Mid-Market Account Director at BlackLine is responsible for delivering the SaaS platform to accounting and finance teams in the mid-market segment. This role involves achieving monthly sales quotas, building relationships, collaborating with marketing, and traveling within North America to visit prospects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience selling finance/accounting software and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

The Manager, People Success is responsible for leading and managing key transactional and compliance processes executed across the employee life cycle as well as enhancing the employee experience at Blackline. They will develop and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle processes, partner with cross-functional teams, lead the People Success team, optimize HRIS systems, and ensure effective communication of process changes.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will work on developing and maintaining fully automated build and deployment systems, ensuring high availability of a SaaS platform, collaborating with development teams, automating server provisioning, performing software releases, debugging application and cloud hosting issues, and contributing to a team of top engineers in a high-traffic environment.
