Lead end-to-end product development for biology-focused foundation models: design, build, test, and operate back-end services, APIs, SDK integrations, and front-end interfaces; set technical direction, mentor engineers, collaborate with R&D, and adopt AI-assisted development workflows.

Lead clinical data harmonization for the STELA program: map partner clinical sources to ontologies, design data dictionaries and QC pipelines, write reproducible Python code to clean and validate multimodal clinical datasets, and collaborate with external hospitals/CROs to standardize data for AI model training, with emphasis on oncology and immunology.

Provide clinical and translational expertise to prioritize clinical questions, interpret model outputs, advise on data and academic partnerships, and support pharma engagement for onco-immunology digital-twin and data-generation programs.

Own day-to-day People operations for a hybrid AI-biology startup: contracting, payroll coordination, employee records, and being the primary HR contact. Design and run core people programs (onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, policies, surveys). Coach managers, handle underperformance, lead exits/terminations, and develop emerging leaders. Part-time (~3 days/week) with scope to grow into a broader leadership role as the company scales.

Own and scale operational lifecycle of biomedical data partnerships: manage secure cloud data transfers, harmonize multi-omics and clinical metadata, maintain ingestion/QC pipelines, build tracking dashboards, coordinate partners and cross-functional teams, and conduct periodic site visits to ensure data integrity and governance.
