Build and maintain scalable, serverless microservices and APIs in Go; own services end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring; use AI-powered developer tools daily; mentor engineers and improve engineering practices to support global fulfilment operations.

Partner directly with the Founder-CEO to own ambiguous, high-impact problems across strategy, operations, finance, hiring and AI automation. Build financial models, business cases, board materials, run projects end-to-end, create repeatable processes and AI-assisted workflows, and free the founder’s time by driving decisions to completion.

Lead company-wide AI transformation: identify high-leverage opportunities, build and ship agentic tooling and automations, treat solutions like products, prove ROI, raise company AI fluency, and sit on the Senior Leadership Team to scale and hire a team.

Lead and scale end-to-end fulfilment operations, manage 3PLs and carriers, build AI-driven automations (Claude, Make, Retool), run customer support, stabilise and grow a 4-person ops team to 6–7, and document SOPs to enable scalable, data-driven operations.

As the Head of Finance, you will transform the finance function, manage P&L, oversee cash flow and financial forecasting, and implement AI-driven workflows.

Own end-to-end operational slices: reconcile orders across systems, enforce warehouse/carrier SLAs, resolve tickets within SLA, and build automations, Claude agents, and dashboards to eliminate recurring manual work and scale the team without added headcount.

Run daily cross-system reconciliations, clear order exceptions, answer seller and partner operational tickets, create/send invoices, and build simple Claude-based automations. Learn end-to-end order flows, deliver SLA-driven responses, and drive incremental improvements to tools and processes while contributing to team projects.
