Builds acquisition valuations, diligence models, pro forma projections, and post-close consolidated models. Leads analysis for business reviews, board reporting, and investor communications, translating financial results into actionable recommendations. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve productivity and data validation while maintaining rigorous judgment and model integrity.

Owns Behavox’s integrated three-statement and operating financial models, including forecasts, SaaS unit economics, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses. Builds acquisition valuations, supports diligence, integrates completed deals, and consolidates financial views. Leads financial analysis for business reviews, diagnoses performance drivers, challenges assumptions, and provides recommendations to senior leadership, the board, and investors. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve financial workflows while preserving data validation and judgment.

Owns strategic relationships with global financial institutions, including account health, executive engagement, renewals, churn forecasting, expansion, escalations, and delivery accountability. Leads QBRs and EBRs focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, control maturity, and platform value. Manages complex stakeholder relationships across regulated financial institutions while partnering with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive retention, resolution, and commercial growth.
