Design, prototype and deploy scalable ML solutions (recommendation, search, audio models) using GCP tooling. Collaborate with engineering, data engineers and product to productionize models, maintain ML APIs, and improve MLOps, CI/CD, and data architectures to deliver real-time ML features.

Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of label clients, resolve support queries, advise on distribution workflows and metadata, onboard and train clients, gather feedback for product teams, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve platform services.

Lead multimedia and brand design across marketing, social, and digital platforms. Create animations, video, and scalable design systems; develop campaign assets; collaborate with Marketing, Social, and Media; manage multiple projects to deadline while ensuring brand consistency and trend-led visuals.

Manage ingestion and quality-control of audio, artwork, video and metadata into a proprietary asset platform; ensure submissions meet industry standards; handle change requests and delivery pipelines; liaise with label relations, marketing, product and engineering; maintain knowledge of evolving industry standards.
