Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and growth of the Eagle Labs digital ecosystem, including its website, community platform, academy, and virtual events. Manage a team, drive innovation and customer engagement, oversee partnerships and suppliers, and ensure effective governance, risk management, budget control, and delivery of strategic digital initiatives. Translate business priorities and customer needs into measurable digital product outcomes within a complex, regulated organization.

Lead and transform the red team to identify vulnerabilities via penetration testing and adversary emulation, develop methodologies and threat models, collaborate with SOC and stakeholders, produce senior-level reports and remediation guidance, ensure regulatory (CBEST) compliance, embed purple teaming and AI-enhanced testing, hire and develop talent, and influence enterprise security strategy.
