Own enterprise customer relationships, success strategies, renewals, retention, adoption, and revenue expansion for SaaS products. Develop strategic account plans, conduct business reviews, monitor customer KPIs, identify churn risks and upsell opportunities, provide training and support, analyze usage data, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, implementation, and support teams.

Lead and execute the EMEA partnerships strategy, recruit and enable agency, systems integrator, platform, and vendor partners, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, liaise between partners and internal Sales/Customer Success, produce regional partner assets, track partnership metrics, represent Athos at events, and align regional initiatives with global product and GTM priorities.
