Own AI-native startup accounts and drive the full sales cycle for Voice AI infrastructure offerings. Generate outbound pipeline, develop internal champions, lead technical evaluations, engage engineering and product leaders, position value against alternatives, and close complex multi-threaded deals. Partner cross-functionally with AI, engineering, marketing, customer, and deployment teams while supporting customers through production rollout.

Own AssemblyAI’s European go-to-market business, including regional revenue, pipeline, strategic deals, and expansion. Develop the EMEA strategy, hire and lead Sales, Applied AI, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, and establish forecasting, territory, and operating processes. Personally close major technical B2B deals with engineering and executive buyers, build outbound demand, navigate European regulatory and security requirements, represent the company externally, and relay regional customer needs to Product and Research.

Build and scale production inference infrastructure and customer-facing APIs for AssemblyAI’s voice AI models. Partner with researchers and applied engineers to productionize model capabilities, transforming prototypes into reliable, low-latency, well-documented products. Contribute across backend services, SDKs, inference systems, and internal tooling while incorporating customer feedback into product and research direction.
