Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, build research rhythms, enable cross-functional adoption, and partner with internal teams to ensure high-value, repeatable delivery.

Lead and scale outbound Account Executives across the UK (and later EMEA). Carry quota, close deals, set outbound strategy (ICP, segmentation), run pipeline reviews, enforce CRM hygiene in HubSpot/Lemlist, coach reps using MEDPICC and Challenger, partner cross-functionally, and build repeatable processes for forecasting and growth.
