Manage setup and oversight of fieldwork and data collection for multi-market healthcare market research projects. Source and negotiate suppliers, coordinate quantitative and qualitative deliverables, maintain timelines, run project meetings, manage SOWs and invoicing, handle pharmacovigilance reporting, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives and pillar sub-topics.

Lead teams to analyze and advise biopharma clients on pricing, market access, and commercialization strategies. Structure complex strategic and quantitative problems, synthesize findings, develop actionable recommendations, and present to clients. Work spans portfolio prioritization, pricing and launch strategy, market assessment, ASP modeling, gross-to-net management, and payer/channel dynamics.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large multi-market, multi-wave quantitative healthcare tracking program. Own governance, cross-functional coordination, client partnership, research integrity, risk management, delivery quality, continuous improvement, and team capability building, with focus on analytics, automation and AI-enabled reporting.

Lead central delivery of large-scale, multi-market quantitative brand tracking programmes for pharmaceutical clients. Coordinate questionnaire review, coding, data production, dashboards and automated reports; manage vendors and offshore teams; liaise with client and TA leads; train and line-manage junior staff; ensure timely, high-quality multi-wave outputs and provide subject-matter expertise in tracking and reporting.

Support divisional budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and executive reporting. Build and maintain financial models, perform scenario modelling and translate financial and operational data into actionable business insight. Produce management reports and dashboards, analyse revenue, profitability and utilisation, and drive improvements in forecasting, reporting methodologies and planning processes in collaboration with finance and commercial stakeholders.

Lead resource alignment for consulting engagements: forecast demand, resolve staffing conflicts, update systems, report staffing metrics, manage unstaffed/new-hire processes, and support workforce planning and continuous improvement.

Lead and grow the custom healthcare market research team: manage projects from proposal to delivery, coach project teams, drive business development, manage mid-level staff, and participate in hiring and talent development.

Provide strategic executive support to the Global President including managing complex global calendars and travel, preparing executive presentations and communications, leading governance and meeting rhythms, supporting strategic project plans and value-creation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and championing technology and AI to improve executive effectiveness and processes.

Manage 4–5 healthcare market research projects concurrently, act as primary client contact, prepare and present client deliverables, support proposal writing, train and manage junior staff, and implement daily project activities using qualitative and quantitative methods.
