Support the Private Credit team with deal execution and monitoring: draft investment memos, join diligence calls, build financial models, manage CRM and deal pipeline, produce meeting and committee minutes, and assist portfolio monitoring and internal updates.

Support the Investor Relations team with fundraising materials, prepare monthly Executive Committee presentations, update corporate documents, coordinate secondary sales processes, assist with ad hoc reporting and event organization, and work closely with the IR Global Head and COO to meet deadlines and manage confidential information.

Support the London Compliance Team on the UK Compliance Monitoring Programme: regulatory horizon scanning (AIFMD, MiFID II), AML/CDD screening and escalation, FATCA/CRS implementation, compliance databases and reporting, review legal documentation and investment committee memos, and assist creation of e‑learnings and employee monitoring.

The Infrastructure Intern supports investment teams with financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and asset management. Responsibilities include preparing internal deal materials and communicating with clients.

The Private Credit Intern will assist in identifying, analyzing, and executing private credit investments, requiring strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial statements.

Support the Client Solutions team on investor servicing, fundraising and reporting. Manage LP queries, prepare marketing/data-room materials, perform fund benchmarking, cashflow projections, quantitative analyses, and assist with due diligence and fundraising tasks.
