The Product Manager will manage a portfolio of qualifications, using data and customer insights to shape product strategy, support delivery, and engage stakeholders to enhance educational products.

The External Affairs Coordinator will plan and execute external affairs initiatives, coordinate communication across teams, and support public affairs events to enhance AQA's influence in education policy.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, fixed-term, temporary and associate roles: advertise, screen, shortlist, coordinate assessments/interviews, progress offers and onboarding, maintain candidate/hiring manager communications, support examiner workforce planning, ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Support internal recruiters by handling high volumes of applications, acting as a candidate contact, using bespoke recruitment systems, following processes, and ensuring efficient customer-focused recruitment administration. Receive in-person training and contribute to continuous improvement.
