Conduct market, financial, product and technical analysis, prepare investment memos, coordinate stakeholders, and help scale investment processes with an emphasis on applying AI to sourcing and diligence.

Lead sourcing, assessing, and supporting pre-seed founders through Antler's residency. Drive founder discovery using AI, coach early strategy, lead diligence and IC recommendations, support fundraising, and build scalable processes to strengthen Antler's UK platform.

Lead group financial control across global entities including group consolidation, month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, IFRS compliance, audit support, ERP/process improvements, and mentoring regional finance teams while performing ad-hoc transactional work as needed.
