Supports Corporate Services operations across EMEA and APAC offices, including invoices, procurement, facilities spending, lease administration, vendor onboarding, HSE and environmental compliance, office records, travel and helpdesk escalations, print services, disaster recovery, communications, and administrative queries. The role also coordinates office supplies, safety training, desk assessments, facilities troubleshooting, and operational support for regional offices.

Provide legal support for EMEA real estate alternative funds: assist with fund structuring and launches, negotiate fund and service provider contracts, advise on regulatory and governance matters, coordinate with portfolio managers, tax, finance and operations, supervise secondee trainees, and contribute to GCO initiatives including responsible use of technology.

Perform fundamental bottom-up research on European small-cap equities, build financial models, conduct valuation and due diligence, lead company meetings, produce stock and sector materials, and travel across Europe to support investment recommendations.

Manage and execute recurring compensation operations, validations, reconciliations, reporting, and controls. Support audits, year-end readiness, UAT/testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement while independently handling assigned capability areas and stakeholder coordination.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating internal brand, creative, and external agency teams. Translate strategy into actionable plans, manage schedules, budgets, tracking, and reporting, optimize processes, mentor other producers, and ensure campaigns deliver on brand, customer, and business objectives.

This role involves leading data analysis, managing datasets, developing predictive modeling solutions, and providing analytic thought leadership for business problems.

Support delivery of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime across EMEA by maintaining SMCR documentation and records, coordinating with Compliance, HR and Operational Risk, managing certification/onboarding activities, supporting regulatory submissions and FCA records, reconciling SMCR data, and contributing to process/policy improvements and automation while acting as a point of contact for stakeholders.

Provide employment law support across EMEA/APAC: advise on contentious and non-contentious HR issues, draft contracts and settlement agreements, assist with litigation and benefits matters, conduct legal research, liaise with external counsel, support M&A and transformation projects, and manage an independent caseload under supervision.

Manage LDI and derivative portfolios, construct hedges aligned to client liabilities, monitor risk and performance using Aladdin, trade OTC derivatives, develop market views and products, prepare client reports and presentations, ensure regulatory and control compliance, and coach PM team talent.

Lead identification, design, and implementation of automation and reporting across Controllership. Build Python solutions for data collection, reconciliation and controls; develop Power BI/Tableau dashboards; support Microsoft Fabric and evaluate AI/Copilot use cases. Partner with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, document solutions, and provide training to increase automation and operational transparency.

Provide fundamental sovereign and quasi-sovereign research on emerging market issuers, generate relative ratings and actionable investment recommendations, collaborate with analysts and PMs globally, contribute thematic insights and refine research integration with portfolio management, and communicate research externally through client engagement and occasional published thought leadership.

Lead research, design, development and launch of Luxembourg/Ireland fund products across the full product lifecycle. Manage stakeholder working groups, prepare business cases, secure seed investments, maintain product documentation, conduct competitor and post-launch reviews, and ensure regulatory and market developments inform product design. Support product management and promote the Product Team internally and externally.
