Design and produce production-ready print, digital, and experiential assets aligned to Aman’s luxury brand. Collaborate with creative, project, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, maintain templates and brand guidelines, manage asset readiness, and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Support Beauty Operations by maintaining end-to-end batch and inventory data, monitor expiries across 3PL sites, track NPD and supply chain project milestones, maintain product master data, liaise with 3PLs, and prepare scalable processes for an SAP ERP rollout to reduce compliance risk and write-offs.

Support day-to-day finance operations for Aman Retail: issue multi-currency sales invoices, manage credit control and aged debtors, process AP, maintain banking and Xero records, assist month-end and office administration, and support finance process improvements.

Lead Aman Essentials e-commerce strategy and daily management of shop.aman.com to drive revenue, optimize UX/UI and customer journeys, run merchandising and promotions, integrate CRM and payment/logistics systems, analyze KPIs and campaign performance, and collaborate across marketing, product and operations to deliver luxury, data-driven digital experiences.

Manage Aman's social media channels, create engaging content, support social media champions, analyze trends, and coordinate influencer partnerships.
