Leads technical strategy, solution architecture, delivery, and product development for Altana’s UK policy and national security vertical. Owns capture and pre-sales technical content, customer deployments, security and accreditation obligations, support processes, staffing, and technical team development. Partners with commercial leadership, Platform Operations, Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver SaaS and PaaS solutions in secured and regulated environments.

The Account Executive will drive enterprise software sales to logistics service providers, including prospecting, relationship building, sales-cycle management, forecasting, and pipeline development. Responsibilities include managing logistics accounts, selling across IT, procurement, transportation, and supply chain functions, gathering customer feedback, and partnering with product, marketing, and account management teams. The role requires travel, strong presentation skills, logistics industry knowledge, and a proven $1M+ annual quota track record.

Manage public sector customer deployments, technical workstreams, relationships, adoption, and value realization. Serve as a technical account manager by supporting users, conducting business reviews, synthesizing feedback, coordinating feature delivery with Product and Engineering, and identifying account expansion opportunities. The role requires translating complex technology concepts for varied stakeholders and becoming an expert in government use cases involving supply chain risk, trade enforcement, and trade facilitation.
