Altana Offices

Manages the London office and UK people operations, including office logistics, workplace culture, onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding, employee records, compliance, and employee support. Partners with IT, Finance, leadership, the global People team, and external advisors to support European expansion and establish people operations in new EU locations.

Lead Altana’s Policy & National Security public-sector business globally. Own revenue growth, sales pipeline, forecasting, agency relationships, partner strategy, and complex government pursuits. Shape opportunities with senior stakeholders, guide contracting strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate policy, budget, and agency signals into product and company strategy. The role requires deep public-sector sales leadership, government procurement expertise, strong networks, and eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Leads technical strategy, solution architecture, delivery, and product development for Altana’s UK policy and national security vertical. Owns capture and pre-sales technical content, customer deployments, security and accreditation obligations, support processes, staffing, and technical team development. Partners with commercial leadership, Platform Operations, Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver SaaS and PaaS solutions in secured and regulated environments.
