Ensure CDISC-compliant, inspection-ready deliverables while managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. Generate and qualify new business leads for CRO/pharma clients, coordinate with Business Development and Marketing, run targeted outreach campaigns, research prospects using industry tools, track activity in Salesforce, support client meeting prep, and contribute to BD process improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, monitor and deliver clinical trials from start-up through close-out. Manage study documents, TMF, vendors, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communications. Ensure GCP/regulatory compliance, produce status reports, run meetings, and provide project oversight and team development to meet sponsor expectations.

Lead and oversee global clinical trial delivery for Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology, and Infectious Disease programs. Manage budgets, cross-functional teams, client relationships, risk, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP), forecasting, proposals, and resource allocation. Provide leadership, supervise project staff, and support recruitment, with ~10% travel.

Lead population PK/PD modeling and simulation, design and analyze clinical pharmacology studies, author regulatory pharmacology documents, advise clients strategically, mentor pharmacometricians, and support business development and regulatory interactions.
