The role focuses on UK and US partnership taxation while overseeing broader international compliance.

Build AI agents and automate internal workflows for an AI-first private markets asset manager. Responsibilities include improving the proprietary Ori AI system, integrating it with the Infra One platform, streamlining investor relations and fundraising processes, converting deal-flow data into actionable intelligence, and supporting LP onboarding, due diligence, and follow-ups. The role works closely with the AI automation lead, IR team, founders, and investors in an in-office London environment with travel for global summits and LP/GP events.

Lead and build the UK compliance and risk function, own FCA authorisation and SMF16/SMF17 responsibilities, oversee appointed representatives, maintain policies and monitoring, deliver training, manage financial crime/AML, and advise senior management while liaising with the FCA.
