Provide proactive executive support to four senior EMEA Distribution executives. Responsibilities include complex diary management, international travel coordination, meetings, client events, expenses, visitor logistics, office administration, and ad hoc team support. The role requires strong organization, discretion, judgment, communication, adaptability, and collaboration with other Executive Assistants while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Serve insurance clients through day-to-day account servicing, CRM management, prospecting and RFP support. Partner with marketing, product, PM and data science to develop materials, presentations, product composites, SAA/peer analyses, M&A analytics, and executive dashboards. Support business development, events, and cross-team collaboration to win and manage insurer relationships.
