Lead and execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche roles while acting as a player-coach to a small team (1-2). Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build pipelines, optimize TA operations and tech stack, track TA metrics, manage vendors, and support employer branding and onboarding in collaboration with People Experience.

Design and build blended learning programs and materials for management and leadership development. Manage LMS content, convert existing assets into scalable learning experiences, conduct needs analysis, partner with SMEs, enable internal facilitators, track learner engagement and impact, and leverage AI and emerging tech to accelerate content development and improve learning quality.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will architect scalable solutions on GCP using Node.js, React, and Next.js, mentor engineers, streamline data mapping, and work cross-functionally to enhance PIM integrations.
