Manage a large Delegated Authority credit control portfolio within the Lloyd’s market. Responsibilities include monitoring premium variances, processing FDO signings, reconciling written and paid premiums, securing settlement of outstanding balances, liaising with brokers and underwriting teams, reviewing policy documentation, and supporting reporting and Copilot implementation. The role requires extensive Lloyd’s market experience and operational autonomy.

Serve as a senior analytics partner to underwriting and related teams, translating commercial questions into analyses, dashboards, and actionable insights. Deliver complex analytics workstreams, govern Power BI development and releases, apply SQL and data modeling standards, and support automation and AI-enabled workflows. Coach analysts, conduct peer reviews, collaborate with Data Engineering, and contribute to Agile planning, stakeholder engagement, and external data propositions.

Owns data science products end to end, including problem framing, data preparation, modeling, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and retirement. Partners with underwriters and actuaries to improve pricing, profitability, automation, and operational efficiency. Designs production-grade ML pipelines, raises MLOps and CI/CD standards, manages stakeholder requirements, evaluates external data and generative AI solutions, and coaches data scientists and analysts in a regulated insurance environment.

Manage day-to-day claims operations for a London Market syndicate on a fixed-term (maternity cover) basis. Oversee claims team workload, third-party vendor oversight, claims data management, reporting and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with IT to implement claims systems, monitor performance trends, and support Claims Managers on projects and process improvements.

Manage AEGIS London tax compliance and accounting, prepare and review VAT, tax computations and Lloyd's returns, liaise with external advisors and Group Tax, support tax transformation and GL migration, maintain tax controls, provide audit evidence, and run ad hoc tax health checks and projects.
