Lead multi-entity accounting and consolidation, month-end and year-end close, and financial controls across UK, US, EU and Australia. Lead and grow Adzuna’s European new business and customer success teams (UK, France, Germany). Own revenue, team KPIs and key client/media-agency relationships. Translate global sales strategy into local execution, define go-to-market for new solutions, support B2B marketing and represent the company at events. Hire, motivate and develop an 8-person team while driving continuous improvement and campaign optimisation using data and emerging AI-enabled tools.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models and recommendation systems, champion LLM use, optimise search and ranking, run A/B tests and statistical evaluations, and collaborate with engineering to integrate models into product infrastructure.

Lead customer success for strategic French clients: manage one CSM, drive account growth and revenue, ensure successful onboarding and campaign optimisation, build strong client relationships, analyse campaign performance and proactively resolve issues alongside sales, marketing and delivery teams.
