Provides customer and partner support for video streaming, encoding, quality control, and transcoding workflows. Maintains QC and transcode profiles, creates integration tests and video test assets, troubleshoots media issues, supports Telestream tools, and contributes to workflow automation. The role also involves documentation, explainer video creation, knowledge sharing, on-call support, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve digital media systems.

Own the company-wide marketing strategy, budget, brand, campaigns, content, social media, website, CRM, events, PR, and partner marketing. Lead growth initiatives, sales enablement, investor materials, multimedia production, reporting, and marketing team support. Manage relationships with sponsors, influencers, customers, and partners while using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency. This fully remote, four-day-per-week role requires trade show and event travel as needed.

Designs and maintains automated UI, API, database, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, and load test suites for a SaaS platform. Integrates quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, partners with developers and product teams in agile workflows, uses AI/LLM tools to improve testing efficiency, maintains technical documentation, and drives defect reduction and continuous quality improvement.
