Design and evolve a scalable, multi-tenant cloud data platform prioritizing stability, fault tolerance, cost efficiency, developer productivity, and security-by-design. Define architecture standards, review designs, modernize legacy components incrementally, implement monitoring and observability, prototype new technologies, and provide technical guidance so teams can ship reliably and quickly.

Hands-on Tech Lead who writes and reviews production backend code, architects cloud-native SaaS systems, mentors a 3–4 engineer feature team, leverages AI coding agents to increase velocity, ensures multi-tenant scalability and production health, and partners with Product to deliver user-focused features.

Own and scale AI enablement: build core orchestration, LLMOps/MLOps platforms and governance, integrate generative AI into product, optimize cost/latency, run PoC-to-production delivery, upskill teams, standardize tooling and vendor strategy, and track adoption/ROI metrics.

Lead and inspire a team of engineers to build data solutions, drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with product vision.

Perform outbound prospecting across assigned territories, research target accounts and stakeholders, engage via cold calls, email and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities, generate discovery meetings for Account Executives, manage prospects through cadences, maintain CRM data, use AI-assisted tools to improve messaging, and collaborate on territory plans.
