Lead technical services across pre-construction, construction, and post-completion: manage MEP/AVIT consultant relationships, prepare proposals and technical strategies, oversee procurement and trade contractors, lead commissioning and handover, perform site inspections, manage snagging and O&M delivery, ensure quality, safety and operational excellence.

Support the Senior Planner with construction sequencing, programme updates, and short-term (4-week) look-aheads. Record actual dates and percent complete, update trackers and simple reports, liaise with site teams and subcontractors to gather progress, and maintain awareness of drawings, site documentation, and basic H&S requirements. Receive structured training and mentoring while developing planning software and reporting skills.

Support commercial lead on fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects (typically £1m-£10m). Manage project finances: cost monitoring, cashflow forecasting, CVR reporting, subcontract procurement and appointments, payments, measures/take-offs, negotiating and closing final accounts, and mentoring junior surveyors. Ensure adherence to internal CMiC procedures and best-practice commercial controls.

Lead community-focused social value work for London projects: translate client and planning requirements (e.g., PPN 06/20, TOMs) into local action, co-design social value plans with site teams, build and maintain partnerships with charities, schools and social enterprises, mobilize supply-chain partners, run community workshops, and track/report impact using meaningful KPIs.
