Manages technical services across proposal, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and post-completion phases. Responsibilities include reviewing designs and specifications, developing construction and commissioning strategies, supporting procurement, coordinating trade contractors and professional teams, monitoring installation quality and progress, conducting site inspections, managing documentation and handover, resolving defects, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role also supports client and consultant relationship development and contributes to winning new projects.

Supports commercial management of construction projects valued at £1m–£10m, including procurement, subcontractor appointments and payments, cost monitoring, cash-flow forecasting, CVR reporting, package measurement, final accounts, and financial risk management. The role assists the Commercial Manager in maintaining project profitability and provides guidance to junior surveyors while following CMiC procedures and company best practices.
