Designs and delivers EMEA webinar and eLearning programs for 3M’s Safety & Industrial Business Group. Responsibilities include webinar setup and hosting, presenter support, reporting, governance, instructional design, course and multimedia development, assessments, certifications, LMS publishing, localization, quality assurance, accessibility, and content maintenance. The role collaborates with marketing, customer education, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, data-informed learning experiences.

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, pipeline development, and opportunity conversion for 3M’s industrial adhesives and tapes portfolio. Manage selected accounts, achieve sales and activity targets, use CRM tools for forecasting, and collaborate with field sales, marketing, engineering, and channel teams. The role is primarily office-based in Bracknell with occasional customer travel.

Leads direct and indirect tax matters across Switzerland and emerging markets, serving as a tax business partner to global stakeholders. Oversees compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing coordination, audits, incentives, reporting, and tax risk management. Supports US GAAP reporting, cash tax forecasting, tax provisions, business transformation, supply chain projects, and legislative change management. Requires strong international corporate tax expertise and collaboration across global, matrixed teams.

Lead product stewardship and regulatory compliance for 3M products sold in the UK and EU. Responsibilities include approving new products, interpreting REACH, RoHS, biocidal, conflict minerals, and other requirements, preparing compliance documentation, responding to regulatory inquiries, monitoring changing regulations, and improving compliance workflows, data quality, and automation. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across EMEA and is based onsite in Bracknell at least four days per week.

Conducts internal audits of financial statements, operational processes, and internal controls across subsidiaries, service centers, plants, acquisitions, and business functions. Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, data analysis, sample testing, documenting findings, recommending improvements, communicating results, and following up on corrective actions. The role requires a Chartered Accountant qualification, accounting or finance education, audit experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with business software.
