Owns relationships and commercial performance across a portfolio of public-sector clients. Responsibilities include account planning, revenue and margin forecasting, commercial negotiations, client escalations, value reporting, stakeholder engagement, and identifying account-growth opportunities. The role partners with Delivery, Sales, Operations, and Consulting teams to maintain client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Hybrid work requires travel to client offices approximately two to three days per week.

Own the roadmaps, backlogs, discovery, and product direction for customer self-service touchscreens and Kitchen Display Systems. Translate business, customer, and operational needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Architecture, Store Operations, and stakeholders to manage integrations, prioritize opportunities, validate ideas, and balance customer value with technical and operational constraints. Coach Business Analysts and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
